Happy Birthday baby E!

Our little girl turns 10 months old today! Also received great news from Holt that our case has been submitted to the Ethiopian courts!! Yippee! We celebrate the baby steps to our baby girl! Now, we wait to hear when our court date is set for. Then we get ready to travel over to meet our girl for the first time! We are not looking forward to leaving her behind when we return home from that trip, but hope that we will be able to bring her home soon!

Big brother!!

We found out on tuesday that we have a 9 month old little gal waiting for us in Ethiopia! We received quite a few photos of her...and this mom and dad think she is absolutely gorgeous! Actually picture a female Trek; there really is quite the likeness! So from here on out we don't have any real timeline to bringing her home...but we are hoping she will be home before this time next year!

November 2010 happenings!

So, we had Thanksgiving at our house last year! It was so sweet to have all the little cousins together! Glad to have captured them all cozy with Grandpa!

Also, we celebrated Trek's 2nd birthday! We realize that this is the only time we will be able to combing his party with Thanksgiving, but it just made sense as we were all together!

Back to blogging!

Wow, it has been a long time since I posted anything! A lot has happened since my last post! So let's see here...last October we had fun at the pumpkin patch. Of course Trek liked to sit on the tractor! It was actually a bit of a challenge to get him to leave the tractor when it was time to go!

Sweet Ole John!!

Yesterday we were so pleased to welcome David and Audrin's little man into the world! Ole John was born at 8:30 a.m. He was 7 lbs and 20 1/2 inches in length. Audrin had a long haul delivery of her sweet little man...I will save that story for her to tell! We were all there shortly after he was born, but didn't get to see and hold Ole until visiting hours later in the afternoon. Audrin was recovering and couldn't have visitors yesterday! We so much wanted to give her our love! Needless to say, we are all so excited about this little guy who looks so much like his momma! Looking forward to many years watching him grow. I can just see Trek, Soren and Ole (the three musketeers) getting into so much trouble together! Bring it on!!!
